My stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

Arrived several hours before the Check-in time and Shawn at the reception went beyond to get me a room. Super comfortable room, very good breakfast. Can only recommend ❤️

Great hotel, staff is super helpful and tries to assist with all requests in a very efficient way. Rooms are modern and comfy. Breakfast is good though selection is limited.

Absolutely lovely, I was in flat 1A first floor. Kitchen equipped, flat is spacious and spotless. Branca the host has provided all kind of infos by responding very quickly on WhatsApp. The check-in process is the easiest. One code to digit, same for front door and flat door. Bathroom is good with big shower and a good flow of hot water. Lovely details in the flat like the wall paper, the comfy sofa etc. I will definitely be back and o can't recommend more! Try it and see it!

Probably the best hotel I have ever been. The quality of everything, from the bed to the service and the breakfast was simply superb. Not to mention the design and tasteful decoration. The fact that it is housed in a 1724 property just adds to the whole experience.

The flat is beautiful, and it was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and attentive at all times. We had a great time and I would definitely come back. The location is quite good. And there is a supermarket at the door.

The property is clean, cosy and felt like a home away from home. The details and thought put into the furnishings are great, even down to having nice glasses for a Prosecco! Hosts are great at communicating. I will stay here again the next time I visit London.
