Everything in the stay exceeded our expectations. It was our first time in London and we couldn't have chosen a better location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, attractions, and subway stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was impeccable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for vibrant a neighborhood and exploring the city by foot.

As other guests have commented, the location is very nice. Note that Russel Square station has stairs to reach the lift. The room was clean and cozy, and it was comfortable to cook for ourselves.
