The rooms were so perfect.
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here to attend my university graduation ceremony the next day, and when I told this upon arrival, we came back to the room that evening and found they prepared a champaign bottle with a message card as a graduation gift. This was a very pleasant hospitality.

Thanks to Alessandra at the front desk for her fantastic service and hospitality. The room she moved us to was outstanding. The bed, toiletries, towels, slippers, everything was superb quality. Housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic, and so was bartender Luigi at the American Bar. Alessandra and Mandy at reception, and also the man at reception on the day I checked out, were all fantastic. Basically mostly everyone was fab, and the concierge guys are as usual absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the bowler hat (sorry did not get a chance to ask for his name) is such a lovely man. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
