Other than the excellent service from the hotel staff (who were truly fantastic), the hotel itself totally rocks! My pals and I loved the stylish setting and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The coffee was great, and we really appreciated the selection of quality snacks and drinks available for purchase — a nice touch when you need a quick bite or refreshment.
The lobby was also a lovely space to hang out — perfect for catching up with friends in comfort. The bedrooms were fantastic, equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need — thoughtful, modern, and super comfortable.
I’m so glad I chose Leven over an Airbnb — it really made my stay in Manchester special, especially since it was my first time back in over 15 years. The location is spot-on too — close to UMIST and within walking distance of just about everything. I did have to pay for parking, but honestly, that’s a small thing — everything else more than made up for it!
As promised, here’s a sincere and genuine 5-star review for the amazing team at Leven. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Leven, you’re my top choice from now on!

Clean, great facilities and attention to detail in the rooms - nespresso machine and coffee pods, lovely toiletries and warm, comfy bedding. Spacious and in a nice quiet location just under 10 min walk from the city centre. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast too.
