Staying at Sota Metekhi Hotel was an amazing experience in itself! It was my first visit to Georgia, and the hotel, located in the real heart of Tbilisi Old city, next to the Kura river, made a great impact onto my first impression from the country. Wonderful location of the hotel, comfortable suits, pleasing views, unbelievable friendly stuff, traditional Georgian hospitality, tasty breakfasts, opportunity to make tours directly from the hotel with an experienced driver - for that everything me and my son are feeling deep gratitude. David and his family were fantastic and and super accommodating, starting with picking us up at the airport at 3:15am. The breakfasts were multi-course and available from 8:00-11:00. Really one of the better guest house experiences we've had for some time. We were in one of the smaller rooms on the first floor but Vladimir was kind enough to give us a tour of the whole house and the night views from the roof terrace are spectacular.

Great, big sized bathroom, everything worked perfectly. Great communication with the owner, who was very friendly and hospitable. And the place was easy to find thanks to the details & photos they sent before arrival. Good location too, 5 min walk to Avlabari metro and 10-15 min walk to the old town Tbilisi.

The overall experience was excellent. The hotel is located very near to the tourist attractions, despite this it was quite during the nights. There is free parking available on the streets around the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful, the room was very clean. The breakfast was good but I did not tried all the food. The price for the value was very good.

Very well maintained apartment. Exceptional owner landlady and her family. Got dedicated parking when requested. The location is around 20 minutes walk from Bridge of Piece, adjacent to iconic Trinity Cathedral.
Additionally, on my request she arranged the SIM cards prior to my arrival and also arranged the Airport pickup. Will be staying again next week when returning from Tbilisi.
