Staff was so nice and helpful about anything we need. Location was really good close to the center. The building had a very sweet architecture. Rooms are clean and warm. There were dove shampoo and shower gel in the shower, pretty nice also they put toothbrush and toothpaste, most hotels have poor quality products but these were good small details. Breakfast was amazingggg!!! It was like Turkish breakfast and a lady cooked us some bakery like börek and they all were so delicious.
While we were waiting for our bus time, they let us leave our luggage in the lobby and said that we could wait inside as it was cold. In general i love the place If i go to tblisi again i would definitely stay there. I don't even mention that the price is very cheap for this services. Specially for that breakfast. Thanks a lot!!!

We’ve stayed at several different hotels and guesthouses in Georgia and this was by far the cleanest one, everything was in top shape, WiFi which actually worked in the room and with speed, and on top of it all it was also the cheapest one.
The man in the reception was also very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Imereti. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly – he waited for us on arrival and even saw us off when we left. The house has all the necessary facilities, is cosy, clean, and well maintained. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very friendly. The older people who live there don't speak English but are friendly and helpful nonetheless. Communication was easiest through messaging to the daughter who was very quick to respond and made sure everything was attended to. Everything was very clean and nicely done. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a kettle to make some tea and breakfast. I could leave my luggage there. Location is perfect close to the metro station and several shops, and walkable to the old town (going back is up the hill though). Aircon worked well. The place costs a little more but you do get more comfort and a nicer room for it. I'd stay here again!

The staff is really helpful. I was moved to other hotel due to problem with water. However, the other site Hotel Marioni was superb. Rooms were clean and well equipped. There were access to kitchen where I was able to prepare breakfast. The highlight of the room I started was a balcony with a view over the city, and the roof terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Tibilisi.
