David and his family were fantastic and and super accommodating, starting with picking us up at the airport at 3:15am. The breakfasts were multi-course and available from 8:00-11:00. Really one of the better guest house experiences we've had for some time. We were in one of the smaller rooms on the first floor but Vladimir was kind enough to give us a tour of the whole house and the night views from the roof terrace are spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Imereti. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly – he waited for us on arrival and even saw us off when we left. The house has all the necessary facilities, is cosy, clean, and well maintained. Excellent value for money. The staff, as well as the residents are very warm and welcoming. I truly felt I was among my family members. The room was very clean and tidy, with arranged towels and bed sheets, outside it, the kitchenette and its specified bathroom. The WiFi network is strong.

Everything was perfect! Very friendly and helpful hosts, they greeted us with khachapuri, eggplant rolls and tasty wine! Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Tbilisi.
