Great, big sized bathroom, everything worked perfectly. Great communication with the owner, who was very friendly and hospitable. And the place was easy to find thanks to the details & photos they sent before arrival. Good location too, 5 min walk to Avlabari metro and 10-15 min walk to the old town Tbilisi.

I am really grateful to Irina, Nana, Inna and other members of the Mimino hotel team for making my stay in Tbilisi so enjoyable. They helped me from the moment I booked a room at their hotel to the moment I left. The hotel has a unique family feel. It’s a short walk to the city centre and all the main sights. Very clean, which is the main criterion for me. Plan to stay there again if I come back to Tbilisi.

We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Imereti. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely friendly – he waited for us on arrival and even saw us off when we left. The house has all the necessary facilities, is cosy, clean, and well maintained. A beautiful, brand-new hotel with everything fresh and spotless. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was a ray of sunshine, and the food was delicious. Every extra request like steamer or storing our luggage was gladly accommodated. Highly recommend this lovely place!
