We stayed in this hotel 3 times during our stay of one month in Georgia. We highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room rate was excellent. We stayed in Room 5 (with a small balcony) and Room 7. We liked both rooms, but we especially enjoyed room 7 because it was bigger. Rooms were cleaned daily, which was not done in other hotels we used. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. Thoughtful touches like this made this hotel an excellent choice. People working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best breakfasts we had; there were some Georgian dishes, and the food varied somewhat from day to day. Even the breakfast room was a comfortable space.
If guests are considering using a private driver during their stay, we would suggest asking the owner here for help. He drove us a few times, and he was a careful driver who provided a lot of information. His rates were very competitive. He also picked us up at the airport when we arrived at 4 a.m. Of course, there was a cost, but it certainly reduced our stress of trying to get to the hotel on our own at this time of the day.
For runners who are participating in the Tbilisi Marathon (It is a Half Marathon, but organizers refer to it as a marathon. This year it was held on Sunday, October 1, 2023.), this hotel is very well located. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the start/finish line. We were also given "food boxes" the night before because we would be up too early for breakfast; this was great, as I had some food before running.

Literally everything. I've been to some luxury hotels around the world so there's something to compare with.
Great staff, ideally clean rooms, fresh and fancy furniture and overall visuals. The restaraunts are great, tried room order, dinner in Atmosphere space and breakfast in Mediterranian one, all the dishes and drinks were tasty.
The hotel has quite a developed digital infrastructure, you may do a lot right from your smartphone.
Also there's solid and well maintained spa.
My wife and me arrived from a long and difficult trip, totally tired and stressed. After a short stay here we moved next feeling calm and refreshed.
Surely will visit this wonderful place again

5 mins walk from Rustavelli metro and airport shuttle and other bus routes. Amenities included - normal breakfast, all time tea/coffee/juice freely available at the canteen.
Would definitely recommend to someone with family and couples looking for a clean stay with convenient location and good service with adequate pricing.

The host was great and so helpful. Everything was perfect. He answered all the questions during our stay and did his best to be helpful. The room was clean and organized. The apartment was in the heart of Tbilisi, we even did not use any taxi to go to places. We walked everywhere.
