The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming.
So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok.
Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.

The staff was very attentive and professional.
They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests.
I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare.
Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.

The hotel is at the excellent location in the very center but in a quiet street (next to the Parliament), with easy access to the metro and buses. It is a clean place, the staff are friendly, breakfast is outstanding, room if spacious. Many good restaurants are within walking distance and the shopping mall with a great supermarket is 10 minutes walking away.

Our favourite hotel in Tbilisi when we come to the city. Excellent location, co-location of the perfume shop with great variety of products, friendly and supportive staff, great food in the restaurants, spacious room with different amenities.
