The apartment was even better than expected. Probably the best location I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi: amazing panoramic view from the window and super quiet, which is pretty rare for the city. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus as a nice bonus there are two brand-new TVs The host deserves a special mention: always available, polite and quick to respond to any questions. The whole stay felt really pleasant The only small thing to note is that the building is on a hill. But even with my knee issues the walk up wasn’t a big problem, so I wouldn’t call it a downside Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this small apartment. The communication with the host was great and we were able to check in early. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen so we were able to make breakfast at home. The location of the apartment is perfect - right near the bus stops taking you into old Tbilisi. There is also a large hypermarket near the apartment which is very useful. All in all we had a great stay!

The Location was not far from city centre and exactly whre it was at the Google Maps or Yandex also, just there was needed to clarify the entrance with the owner, who was already there at the moment of arrival, the rooms were clear with available higiene products, cooking gear and utensils. Everything other was provided by the owner at place. There was a big outdoor table available for big party. The owner and his wife were pleasant hosts. The price was good enough and various variants of room available.
