We initially booked five nights (in October 2023), and then prolonged our stay for another two nights, because we simply loved it there.
The location is great, the house is just super nicely designed (especially the facade, the yard, the breakfast area and the oak wood staircase). All the (young) staff is professional and super friendly. Breakfast is great (I recommend you order some of the extras, like "Georgian breakfast" which are eggs in a coriander-almond-gravy) with a nice Georgian touch (like tklapi, local cheeses, and pastry (we liked the things with walnuts a lot).
The owner is Georgian. Thus, the money you pay doesn't go into a foreign investor's pocket.
We really loved the staff. We researched some activities online first and then asked the staff about their opinion, which helped us a lot. We also let them book cabs for us. All spoke pretty good English.
We'll definitely come back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they truly go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The amenities are all in great condition, and the bathrooms are spotless and well maintained, making for a very clean and sanitary environment overall. The location couldn’t be more perfect, close to everything you need. The beds are also super comfortable, with working reading lights, charging plugs, and fresh, clean linen. Highly recommend staying here!
