Every one of the front desk staff was great. It felt like I wasn't returning to a strange place. The breakfast was a typical Western buffet, which was fine as long as you're used to it. I really enjoyed it. The room was small, but well-equipped and cleaned every day, which was great for me. Overall, it was a great value for money.

Absolutely clean, good location. I stayed around 25 days. I didn’t see anywhere dirty. Bathrooms and toilets getting cleaned daily, bed sheets and pillow sheets getting changed once a week if you stay long term. I wish it was a bit cheaper. I might stay again in the future if I’ll visit Tbilisi again.

Tamara was the best ever Georgian lady I have ever seen in Georgia,
Her kindness cannot be described in words. She was surprising us by very delicious Georgian cuisine each day. She is truly nice person.
Nikoloz is so helpful, they will help for almost everything. You won’t feel like you are staying in someone’s home. You feel like home.
I cannot describe my experience, you have to experience it your self. I do really recommend it to everyone. I really like both of them.
Plus in the property there is everything so it is even better than 5-star hotel.

The apartment exceeded all expectations!
Everything was spotless-the cleanliness was remarkable. The design of the apartment is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully considered.
Special mention goes to the hotel-quality comfortable mattress,
fresh bed linens with replacements provided, the high-quality towels, and the spacious, comfortable shower cabin.
We even received laundry detergent for our first use, hand soap and liquid dish soap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality, clean utensils and appliances.
The host was extremely pleasant and attentive to every request, making sure we felt completely at home and comfortable. The building itself is beautifully maintained and offers 24/7 reception service, which gave us an added sense of security and convenience.
The location is simply dreamy — close to Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue and only a 7-minute walk to Vake Park.
I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, we will be returning! 🌟

Based on hotel cost, all were good - it’s real good value for money. No bad breakfast, but you can’t chose anything else without extra payment. Staff don’t speak English, except reception, but mostly it’s enough. it’s not downtown, but location is comfortable.
