Every one of the front desk staff was great. It felt like I wasn't returning to a strange place. The breakfast was a typical Western buffet, which was fine as long as you're used to it. I really enjoyed it. The room was small, but well-equipped and cleaned every day, which was great for me. Overall, it was a great value for money.

It's very comfy guest house. The manager service is exceptional: he provided me with all necessary data in advance. The house is near major avenue, there are a lot of restaurants and ATMs nearby.

The location is perfect; it's located in central Vake, which is close to a lot of great restaurants, amenities, etc. It's also tucked into a corner off the main street, so while it's very accessible, it's also very quiet as well. This, plus the blackout curtains, made sleeping really easy. The place is warm and cozy, and has everything you'd need: coffee, tea, good wifi, towels, bathroom supplies, a small hairdryer, etc. Ketevan speaks Georgian and Russian, and was great with responding quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Had a lovely stay, would certainly return again!

Great apartment in lower Vake, close to the main local attractions. Clean and well-maintained, with air conditioner — a must-have during the Tbilisi summer. The view is quite nice, which was important for our family. Fast internet and comfortable chairs made our stay even better. The balcony is great. Building has reception with guard. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with dishwasher and stove, and the apartment has easy access. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Fully recommended!

We registered really late (2 AM), but were met with great hospitality and showed to our room like in a minute. We also weren't asked to pay in advance. Which is, all in all, really fortunate when you come late at night, tired and with no possibility to look for a currency exchange. The hostess is really kind. On our last morning, she brought a coffee and a tea free of charge. The room is quite spacious and has everything you might need. Location is very good, too. GNT+ would be a great choice in its price range. We will gladly stay in it again later!
