Every one of the front desk staff was great. It felt like I wasn't returning to a strange place. The breakfast was a typical Western buffet, which was fine as long as you're used to it. I really enjoyed it. The room was small, but well-equipped and cleaned every day, which was great for me. Overall, it was a great value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities, had quiet and peaceful stay. Location super, nice neighborhood, near to many restaurants and shopping areas. There was also parking availability, so very convenient if you are planning to rent a car. Totally Recommended!

Absolutely clean, good location. I stayed around 25 days. I didn’t see anywhere dirty. Bathrooms and toilets getting cleaned daily, bed sheets and pillow sheets getting changed once a week if you stay long term. I wish it was a bit cheaper. I might stay again in the future if I’ll visit Tbilisi again.

Really warm and hosted people, amazing terrace with fairyplace and viev. They was amazing form me, say hello with cake and hot tea, they was still giving me food:) homemade soup, hot georgian bread, tea with confiture, I was get homemade alcohol to home, tangerinas and I was can cut grapes from garden. On the evening they was prepare for me fairyplace with tea. It was really amazing.

Great apartment in lower Vake, close to the main local attractions. Clean and well-maintained, with air conditioner — a must-have during the Tbilisi summer. The view is quite nice, which was important for our family. Fast internet and comfortable chairs made our stay even better. The balcony is great.
Building has reception with guard.
The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with dishwasher and stove, and the apartment has easy access.
The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Fully recommended!

Based on hotel cost, all were good - it’s real good value for money. No bad breakfast, but you can’t chose anything else without extra payment. Staff don’t speak English, except reception, but mostly it’s enough. it’s not downtown, but location is comfortable.
