To me, top priority wherever I stay is cleanliness, then comfort and service. The Modernist ticks all the boxes. Such a pleasant stay. Lovely interior (modern and sleek), great location, fantastic staff, super-clean. I loved my "M"-sized room that came with a cute balcony (and a nice view, at that). Truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend The Modernist and would absolutely stay there again.

Everything! The rooms were so modern, quiet and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom feels luxurious. The apartment has all of the amenities needed, and more. From free laundry, to vending machines, to a really innovative way to serve breakfast, this place was truly great. Their customer service is great too. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent stay in Athens! Right next to public transport (M3 right around the corner), very nice neighbourhood, main tourist attractions easily and quickly reachable. The apartment was spotless, sparkling clean ✨ Lots of amenities, very comfortable. The host, Olga, was very nice, very responsive. She provided extremely detailed instructions for check in and the utilities. There were also information sheets in the apartment - very helpful. Can heartily recommend!

This is such an special place, very calm and romantic. Our room had it's own courtyard, which was simply stunning. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We simply didn't want to leave and hope to stay again in the future!
