The only hotel I will stay in when I come to Athens. It has an amazing location. only 5 minutes from the acropolis, roman agora, ancient agora. right in the middle of psiri, monostraki and Plaka districts. You can reach the shopping street and restaurants right away. The facilities offered by the hotel are great. Its balcony overlooks a wonderful park. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning is fine. It also includes a kitchen. You can also cook if you want. the owners of the hotel, kostas and john, help with everything. You won't find a better place

The location is perfect, as the metro station (which allows a direct access to the airport) is a few minutes by walk. Tourist spots such as Acropolis is also easy to go by walk, and Syntagma square accessible by walk or one station by metro (a 3-day metro ticket was very useful for round-trip of airport and unlimited accesses to various spots from the hotel). The staff was very helpful, with nice welcoming, and every contact was easy and prompt via Whatsapp. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Starbucks accessible directly from the hotel. Nearby environment is quite crowded (it's one of the main tourists' spots), but I felt safe enough when I had to walk alone in the evenings.

The staff are super friendly, easy to talk to and very accomodating. The property has elevators which is very convenient if you are bringing luggages. Located at the heart of Athens (most of the usual tourist sites are 10-15 mins walk). Super close to the train station (3 ish mins walk). Rooms were super clean, modern and has AC. Great place and location overall. 100% would stay here again!

The owner is such a nice gentleman! He sent us all the info we need and keep contact with us before we check-in. The room is really big for two people, very comfy and love the vibe. The host is so generous, he prepare all the food and drinks for our breakfast, and even some snacks like nuts and dried fruit. The location is superb! It’s very convenient and close to all important spots you’ll visit in the center of Athen.
