Our 3-night stay at Incanto Suites - Neos Kosmos was absolutely perfect! Our arrival at the hotel, which was the day of the General Strike in all of Greece, caused somewhat of a problem when our transfer service brought us to the "wrong" Incanto Suites (there are 4, and our driver chose to leave us at the first one that appeared on his GPS, ignoring the address on the reservation!). No taxis were available to help us in the situation, as they were all striking. Communication with the Hotel brought us quick results. They were able to organize a pick-up for us from their own personnel to bring us to Neos Kosmos. Many thanks to Miltos, Stamatis, Donatos, and the entire team. The suites are beautiful - and even better than they appear in the photos online. Everything is provided that is necessary...and more. The cleanliness is excellent, and fresh towels etc. are brought every day. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. The area of the Suites in Neos Kosmos worked perfectly for us. As the hotel is located in a side-street, the traffic on the main road was not at all audible. The Metro (#2) is just a short walk from the hotel, and brings you to Syntagma in a very few minutes. We were extremely happy with our stay - so much so that we returned for another stay two weeks later, following the end of our cruise.

Nice, clean apartment, perfect for 3-4 people, fully equipped, air conditioning in all rooms, close to the supermarket, metro station and tourist attractions, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!

The service by staff Ms Fotini was exceptionally very good. Despite arriving after midnight to check-in, she had made all the necessary arrangements rather seamlessly. The facilities and cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Special thanks to Ms Lily for keeping the room spic and span. The location of the hotel was strategic in terms of travelling by metro or tram. All in all an exceptionally good holiday experience. Will favourably consider Koniama Acropolis for my next stay in Athens!

The location was absolutely perfect — the apartment is situated on a vibrant street filled with markets, restaurants, and cafes, many of which stay open late into the night. Additionally, both metro and train stations are located just steps away from the property, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, he graciously allowed us to check in early. What truly impressed me was his willingness to assist us even late at night — I contacted him via Booking at a very late hour, and he still went out of his way to help us, which speaks volumes about his hospitality. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and practical stay — we felt completely at home. Unlike many places I’ve stayed before, where I often hesitate to recommend them to friends due to small issues, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. If I ever return, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for everything!

This is an excellent property. As a family with children, we felt extremely comfortable staying here. Kosmos Luxury Residence was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The residence was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, and iron. Christina was very attentive and helpful, from the moment we booked until our departure. Kosmos Luxury Residence is a wonderful place, and we absolutely recommend it to everyone.
