An absolute recommendation! We were really impressed by Hotel Kastro. It is located inside the old town, surrounded by the castle walls, peaceful and shielded from traffic noise. The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful interior full of details that make it feel warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were warm and helpful, providing useful information about the city. Breakfast in the garden was a perfect start to the day. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a fantastic stay – we will definitely be back.

He even understood that we had made a mistake in the reservation and did not take advantage of it. From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable rooms have everything that could be expected from a hotel room (bathrobes, tea, coffee etc). Breakfast was great and staff extremely friendly The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, but it was easy to find a spot nearby. We can definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again

The host were so accommodating to help me with all my needs. The room was clean and modern. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street so very quiet. Only a short walk to the restaurants and town.
