The host was very attentive and easy to reach. He gave me clear instructions on how to enter the apartment with self checkin. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with all the appliances you may need (microwave / kettle / hairdrier / iron and ironboard / TV). Good wifi connection. Good heating / cooling system. Very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. There is a nice big balcony facing the internal courtyard. The host was so kind to leave a bottle of wine, plus water and coffee. The location is good, but not in the city centre. Keep in mind that taxis are quite cheap, about 10 euro to reach the city centre. The nearest subway station, Nea Elvetia stop, is at 7 m walk, and it goes directly to the city centre in about 15 m.

I LOVED absolutely everything. It was super clean, super nice, super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine. Host was responsive, parking right in front or at the nearby shopping center. This is probably the best accommodation I've ever stayed in!!! I can only recommend it!!!

THE PERFECT STAY. I made a mistake with my reservation and the staff were immediately available to help me out when I was already there. Thessaloniki is a very nice place largely because of its gastronomical culture and this hotel is at walking distance from the best restaurants, beach and other excellent places. WIFI was very good and my apartment was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the best hotel I stayed during my eurotrip (17 countries in total...)
