The hotel staff was extremely kind and friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a room at the end of the hall, which was very calm. I can absolutely recommend staying here. It's in the middle of the city.

THE BEST position in Thessaloniki, closest hotel to the Tower, right on the well known promenade, facing the sea and harbour.
We stayed here 3 years in a row and could not have chosen better. 2 out of 3 times we had our baby with us and the in-room service was EXCEPTIONAL.
The food arrives in max 20 min, always hot fresh and delicious.
The staff is amazing, they help you with everything you need.
The rooms are SO COMFY and fell designed, simple luxury, nothing very bold, spacious with attention to detail for confort.
Last year we forgot some personal stuff in the room, they took photos, sent them and kept the goods for us until this year when we went again :)

You really cannot fault this hotel. It is located in the heart of the city on the waterfront, hence the views, has a modern look and feel, good sized rooms with all that a good hotel must offer to its guests: bathrobes, slippers, kits, very good selection of drinks and snacks in the minibar. Friendly stuff and good breakfast. And for those who are interested in local wines - good Greek wine selection at the restaurant downstairs.
