The best service I ever had in HongKong. I had some problems with my credit card to pay the deposit and also experienced personal issues which makes me have to leave earlier, All staff was very nice and friendly to help me to deal with all problems. I have nothing to complain about and only great satisfaction. Haven't been back to HongKong for long because of covid, thanks for everything you did and it makes the best welcome back home experience for me:) Will stay there every time I back.

Very nicely designed hotel with eyes for details. Spacious room, especially for Hong Kong standards, with amazing view at the harbour. Centrally located, close to various restaurants, cafes and bars in the hip neighborhood, as well as to the subway station taking about 20 min. to Central. A bar and restaurant are also directly located in the building. We felt very comfortable and will be back.
