The friendliness of the hotel staff left us speechless. All the rooms have been refurbished to a top standard during the pandemic. We booked a suite with stunning views of Victoria Harbour which came with access to a beautiful lounge on level 45. We’re lucky enough to be a well travelled family but this place is truly one of a kind. 100% recommended.

We booked the suite and upon check-in the staff upgraded us to the Chaplin Suite, their biggest one. The suite was huge, and we loved the location and the elegant interior design. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

The room is bigger than most hotel rooms in HK. Mountain View is nice . Location is really convenient as it is close to mtr. Steps away to take minibus and buses to Aberdeen for local local food. Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
