I had an absolutely wonderful stay during my solo trip. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, it was a true pleasure every morning with a great selection and everything beautifully fresh.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming, which made travelling alone feel completely comfortable.
The location is perfect as well, just a 2 minute walk from the metro, in a lively and pleasant neighbourhood with plenty to explore.
The rooms are spacious with an amazing view and the beds are so comfy!
In short, a fantastic experience. I can only recommend it.

All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

The location is great and cafes as well as public transport is just around the corner as is a supermarket. The room was spacious especially for Hong Kong and we loved having water kettle and fridge available in the room.

The Mandorin was very convenient, room is sensational quality with a very comfortable bed. A la carte breakfast was a real winner. Jadee at the concierge desk was super friendly and helpful and arranged a wonderful Peking Duck dinner for us. Thanks to all of the lovely staff.

Location superb! Staff were A game professionals. Breakfast was sensational. Room was outstanding, amazing outlook. Roof Garden was a hidden gem - wonderful to watch Symphony of Lights from here. Could not fault this hotel.

Excellent location and very spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the midlevel escalators so it's very easy to get around. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.
