everything we have an amazing stay there the view from our room was incredible room was super spacious and confortable. facilities and services was great their staffs are friendly, warm and helpful perfect location near ferry MTR the promenade the hotel is near whampoa district so you can find around a lot of restaurants I love their glass pool so original I really fall in love this hotel I will come back for sure

The front desk staff is very polite and kind. She provides a lot of useful information for my mountain climbing tour. I really appreciate it. The other volunteers are really kind and I made a lot of new friends there. It's so easy to get food near by so it's very convenient.

I especially appreciated the front desk staff named Lincoln, which offered a free room upgrade to me. The hotel also felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Great location, modern feel with everything you need. Staff were mostly helpful, ATM on the corner, so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance, including McDonalds we used the wifi if we needed. Taxi cater mainly for families of 4, so this was a minor problem for us, we used Uber instead. From the hotel we manged to get to Disneyland, The Golden Computer Arcade, The Peak, Star ferry, Hong Kong Island, Ladies market, Temple street market and Kai Wai stadium - which was perfect distance to walk.
