My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, The location was perfect—within walking distance to the stadium. I especially appreciated the front desk staff named Lincoln, which offered a free room upgrade to me. The hotel also felt very safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and amenities. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. Thank you for making my trip so pleasant!

Perfect stay in HK! The free shuttle bus is a super product you can get to the centre very fast, and it was always punctual. Bus A22 to and from airport is also comfortable and stops nearby. Room is comfortable and size is ok too. We loved that they kept our baggages for days while we went to China and returned the same hotel.

Great location, modern feel with everything you need. Staff were mostly helpful, ATM on the corner, so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance, including McDonalds we used the wifi if we needed. Taxi cater mainly for families of 4, so this was a minor problem for us, we used Uber instead. From the hotel we manged to get to Disneyland, The Golden Computer Arcade, The Peak, Star ferry, Hong Kong Island, Ladies market, Temple street market and Kai Wai stadium - which was perfect distance to walk.

The welcome when arriving at the hotel much earlier than the allocated check in time was outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was taken at the Lobby Cafe, this was excellent. And when a room was allocated it was better than we could have wished for, spacious, clean and with all facilities that you could reasonably hope for.
