Our room is clean, tidy with complete amenities. The bed is comfy to sleep in and the water pressure in the shower is great. Bathroom is unique with great bright lighting. In fact, the whole room has good bright lighting. All the staffs were welcoming, helpful and polite. Although it is not located in the usual tourists go to spots, there are many good eateries and places to explore. We've really enjoyed going for walk along the wooden deck walk in Kwun Tong promenade overseeing waterfront with beautiful night lights and uniquely structured decos along the way. Also, we got to see musical fountain whilts there which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!
