Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of elegance and impeccable service. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our experience truly opulent.
What truly set our stay apart was the extraordinary gesture of celebrating our special occasion with a beautiful cake—a testament to their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, anticipating our needs with grace and warmth.
The accommodations were luxurious, the dining exceptional, and the ambiance unmatched. It’s rare to find a hotel that exceeds expectations at every turn, but The Ritz-Carlton does so effortlessly.
We cannot recommend this property highly enough and look forward to returning. Thank you for making our celebration so magical!

The staff in every step of the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Especially Alex and Rene, they were really kind and ready to help. They are very professional and know how to treat the customers. The service was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the very last day. Even though typhoon came to the city and we can’t go anywhere outside, they really keep asking and offer things we didn’t expect such as volunteering to be a tour guide walking around the hotel and observe the Ritz Carlton. We were truly impressed and appreciative a lot. Moreover, they know that my SIM card is not activated so they let the expert coming to my room and helped every possible way to fix the problem!! The view and environment is clean and really beautiful. We love the complimentary champagne and the snack settings that you welcomed us. I personally love the convenience of W hotel. It is located in a large mall and connected to airport and MTR access where you can go anywhere very easily. I highly recommend W Hongkong hotel. If you are looking for a sophisticated place with a highly skilled and experienced staff, this place is the only answer for you!!

The room was very large, and the location is excellent, near shopping and the MTR. The best part was the executive floor offering breakfast, high tea, and happy hour. The bar is very nice. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looks fabulous. The artwork throughout the hotel is incredible.
