Everything, but most of all is the staff. Everyone I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They are truly the asset of this hotel and what keep the guests coming back time and time again. I indicated in the booking that I was there for a weekend of the birthday celebration. The hotel staff decorated the room to give me a lovely surprise when I checked in. They also sent a complimentary birthday cake, with a hand-written card and a lion 🦁 soft toy. These gestures are very thoughtful and made my stay there special and memorable. I really appreciated it.

After being away for 4 years, many of the concierge staff recognized me. They were attentive as always. At the checkin, Ms.Tsang merged my files and acknowledged that it was my 27th stay in 7 years.

This was my first experience renting an apartment, and I’m so glad I chose this place instead of a hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better start. The apartment is quiet, cozy, clean, beautiful, and very well kept, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is calm, with peaceful neighbors — I felt completely at ease throughout my time there. The location is excellent: close to the MTR, with many lovely cafés and small shops nearby, and a wonderful seaside promenade perfect for relaxing walks. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and responsive, which made the stay even more special. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting that the staffs there to be so friendly and warm that much because I am only used to Japanese hospitality. One of the staff members even tried to speak Japanese and we were glad that she had taken the time to learn it. We had a bit of trouble checking in, though, they handled it smoothly. It was kept clean inside and outside the building, and I liked the scent in the reception hall. There was a water dispenser which allowed us to avoid buying a bunch of bottles of water. Also, since one of my friends is a big fan of Star Wars series, he got excited so much when he realized we could watch a variety of disney movies in the hotel room as much as we wanted to! This hotel is said to be the most affordable of the three official disney hotels, but we were satisfied with the staffs, facilities and the shuttle buses. I would rate this hotel 120 out of 100 and so would my friends.

The Frozen Suite is beautiful, with lots of small details in the decor, it's well worth it. The staff is amazing: friendly and very helpful, always ready to answer all my questions with a smile. A lot of activities in the hotel to keep the kids busy. Breakfast was good in the Kingdom lounge. This hotel is very close to the park, there is a shuttle but walking to the park is very enjoyable and takes about 10min. Would definitely come back.

THE ROOM WAS FANTASTIC, I WAS UPGRADED TO EXECUTIVE FLOOR. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC FOR MY BUSINESS SUPPLIER. BREAKFAST WAS NICE BUT I AM VEGAN AND MORE VEGAN OPTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, NON DAIRY MILK FOR INSTANCE
