The staff is very kind. When I asked about a room temperature , they put an extra blanket and heater in the room. There isn’t a laundry in the hotel. But the coin laundry is near the hotel.If you ask it at the reception desk, you can get a map.

The location is great and cafes as well as public transport is just around the corner as is a supermarket. The room was spacious especially for Hong Kong and we loved having water kettle and fridge available in the room.

The Mandorin was very convenient, room is sensational quality with a very comfortable bed. A la carte breakfast was a real winner. Jadee at the concierge desk was super friendly and helpful and arranged a wonderful Peking Duck dinner for us. Thanks to all of the lovely staff.
