Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

Room is big. Hot water is strong making shower very comfortable. Buffet breakfast has lots of food choices. Self-service washer and dryer is a big plus.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay during my solo trip. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, it was a true pleasure every morning with a great selection and everything beautifully fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming, which made travelling alone feel completely comfortable. The location is perfect as well, just a 2 minute walk from the metro, in a lively and pleasant neighbourhood with plenty to explore. The rooms are spacious with an amazing view and the beds are so comfy! In short, a fantastic experience. I can only recommend it.

All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

Wow,, can't recommend it enough! Everything is just exceptional! Pool, gym, sauna, breakfast at two different levels, free drinks at the lounge at 28th floor... I haven't been to a better hotel (not considering resorts).

The owner is so welcoming, warm and kind. Location is stone throw away to the mtr and so are the bus stops. With mini kitchen too. Highly recommended.
