A brand new hotel that only opened in September, everything is clean and orderly. Fast check-in process and enthusiastic and proactive staff. The room area feels slightly larger compared to hotels of the same level and type in HK. The room faces Victoria Harbour and offers a panoramic view of the entire Hong Kong Island. The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good!

Location in the center of Kowloon. From Jordan to Tsim Sha Tsui one metro station only and Two metro station to Mongkok. Accessible by all kind of transportation bus A21 from Airport stops infront of the Hotel. Nice walk to tourist spot areas like Avenue of the Stars, Kowloon Park, Victoria Harbor etc.. Restaurants, shops, mall, pharmacy, money changer in every corner. We are family 4 adult with 3 children and my Mom who was a senior. We were able to bring her properly and comfortably to all the locations cause the Hotel lend us wheelchair which we were able to used for 3 days and we are thankful for that. Everything was convenient, staff were very helpful and courteous. We requested a connecting room which is very good as we were family. Complimentary drinks in the fridge. Its recommendable and we will surely book again once we come back.
