What a fantastic hotel in the heart of lively Kowloon! We thoroughly enjoyed our two recent stays at the Mondrian. The rooms were in top shape and very well thought out, with excellent lighting and cutting-edge features, like the window and lighting controls. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom very relaxing. The splendid view of the harbor and skyline was an added plus on both occasions. Above all, we were impressed by the dedication, friendliness and personal approach of all the staff we dealt with; what a delight! In particular, the duty manager provided excellent advice and came up with a nice birthday surprise for my partner. We have travelled a lot and stayed at nice hotels all over the world, but we would rank the Hongkong Mondrian among the top.

New hotel in perfect condition. The room was really clean and spacious. Very spacious lounge on the 10th floor with stunning views on the skyline of Hong Kong island. The location couldn't be better. It's built on top of a huge shopping mall with many restaurants and a food court

We had an amazing time at Kowloon Shangri-la. It was a three-night stay for a farewell occasion as I was moving out of the country the day I checked out. I marked that on my reservation, and the hotel team really went the extra mile to make the stay special and memorable. They decorated my room with balloons, welcomed us with iconic Edward toys and handwriting cards, and took photos of my partner and me. Furthermore, they continued to surprise us with a bottle of Cava and chocolates and printed photos the night when we came back. The housekeeping team was also very attentive to details. Also the bed was very comfy.
Thank you, Vivienne, Amber, Kammy, Molly and Jenny. I appreciate your efforts in making our stay beyond satisfying, and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Look forward to staying in Kowloon Shangri-la again.
