The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Upon arriving in the middle of the night after experiencing flight delays, we were greeted by friendly staff with a room upgrade. I only wish we could have stayed longer than our overnight transit, as there was so much within the hotel we wanted to explore but just didn't have time. So many children's activities, as well as places to relax or get some work done. The breakfast was excellent. We will be back again next time we're in Hong Kong.

more expensive than we’d like to spend on an airport hotel but very worth it. rooms are great. service was so quick (at check in, room service, breakfast). breakfast great, lots of selection. our flight was in the evening so we were able to leave luggage and go out for the day and they then let us use the showers in the spa to get ready before our flight. highly recommend!

The ocean view is beautiful, room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. BEST PART - they have a shuttle bus every 15mins to take you to the nearest MTR station

Family oriented. Has a very nice children’s play corner in the room. Excellent room decor. spacious room, with 2 bathrooms. lovely breakfast.

I only stayed at Regala Skycity Hotel for one night during a layover, but it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I thought check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, but I arrived early at 8 AM, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, checking me in with no extra fees—such a great start to my stay! The corridors to the rooms felt like a bit of a maze due to the sheer number of rooms, but once inside, the experience was fantastic. The Sky Deck was a lovely, peaceful spot where I could watch planes take off from the airport all day. I even had a great view of the planes from my room, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was spacious, modern, and well-designed, with plenty of mirrors, a nice desk, a TV, and a kettle for tea and coffee. The room was a perfect temperature when I arrived and stayed consistently comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I found it interesting that there was a space to hang clothes inside the shower—something I’d never seen before. There were also plenty of free amenities, and I loved that you could request additional items straight from your phone. The hotel also had vending machines on some floors, though they only accepted Octopus cards, Alipay, etc. There is a lovely huge swimming pool too but I don't think it was open during this time of year. The staff were very welcoming, and the lobby was a nice place to relax while waiting for transport. I made full use of the free shuttle bus service to and from Tung Chung, which made for a great day at Citygate Outlets, as well as the direct shuttle to Terminal 1 at the airport—super convenient and they run regularly. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Hotel in the AirPort, very kindly personal, room was big and easy to go to the flight.
