Amazing experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the rooms were spacious - not to mention cleaning was on point! No matter what time we left our room for the day, when we returned in the evening, the room was always cleaned!
Location was also excellent, close to a lot of busy parts of Hong Kong and great restaurants and cafes!

Location...free shuttle provided by the hotel to MTR station but we did not get the chance to use it ...but loved it that atleast hotel provides free transportation....staff were helpful

They were very kind when receiving us and even allowed us to check in early, which they didn’t have to do. We had a long flight with a layover during the day, so this was much appreciated.
The room was clean, with good water pressure, excellent air conditioning, and effective shutters that kept the room really dark — perfect for resting. The location was ideal. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us great recommendations for breakfast spots. Their English was very good as well. Overall, we have nothing bad to say!
