I can't say enough about this place. It's a wonderful location, the hotel is beautiful, clean and new. Room is perfect, the staff attentive and kind. I had dinner at the restaurant and I was amazed by the food. Breakfast is very very good. I'll go back for sure Highly recommended

A small but very functional apartment in an absolutely perfect location, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a place to sleep in the old town for a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional as was the clothes washer, and the price during the off season was very reasonable. If I am ever back in Split and have the opportunity I would definitely stay again. Check-In was very easy and the host was communicative by text and I was able to check in as soon as I arrived.

Location is great. Very central and easy to access. Everything in the room is new and clean and it has a lot of character. There are 3 small flights of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage that might be a pain point.

Location is fantastic! Room with the balcony is just awesome, I highly recommend to take this room if it’s available. The view is very beautiful. We were traveling together with friends (6 adults) so booked 3 rooms. But only two of them had « the view », the hotel is not that big, but another room was still fine. So I recommend to book a room facing waterfront. The overall impression is very pleasant. The place is nice and clean and is located really in the city center just in front of the historical town.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed, I travel a lot and always choose apartments, so I have a lot to compare. This apartment has the best location ( in the ancient Diocletian Palace!), incredibly well furnished and squeaky clean! The host Nathalie is also extremely helpful . I would love to come back to visit Split and will absolutely stay at the same apartment again.

I stayed for 4 nights at Teni. The apartment is fab with plenty of space and an outside terrace. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare food, microwave, kettle, toaster and hob plus lots of utensils and saucepans etc. The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants on the doorstep but quiet at night inside the apartment. A few minutes walk to the palace and the Riva and 10 minutes to the bus station and ferries. Jelena, my host is very friendly and helpful should you need anything. And WiFi in the apartment is good plus air con. Highly recommend. I will stay here again on my next visit!
