This is THE hotel. Everything is just great. The staff, the position, the breakfast, the room, services, everything. There was 5 of us and all of us are agree that we have not been in the hotel where everything is so great, for a long time. The staff is extremely pleasant and not too invasive. So, you have everything you need in a second, polite and smiley and not exaggerating. So, you don't feel bothered by them and yet you got everything in an express way. The breakfast is wonderful, waiters are simply marvelous. We just felt in love with this hotel. This is our hotel for any other visit to Zagreb. Bravo djevojke i momci, ODLIČNI STE. Hvala za sve.

Everything. Top quality room and fittings, excellent service from every staff member we met. The free spa, gym and pool were delightful. As we checked in we were offered complementary bubbles or mineral water. Free fruit available in the lobby. Good briefing on what we could see around town- Cool rooftop bar.
