The hotel and the room were very clean. Personnel were very helpful. I asked if i can check-in one hour earlier because my 3-year-old daughter was tired and they arranged a room for us right away. I also tried both restaurants during my stay and could recommend both of them.

Easy 10/10 hotel. Great location, quiet neighborhood, bus stop behind the hotel that gets you quickly and frequently to the city centre or to the castle. Room was nice and clean. Amazing and helpful staff and good breakfasts. Thank you!

It was a delight to stay , the staff are fantastic , facilities excellent and the position is great as you are on the river front over looking the Beautiful Danube river , and only a few hundred meters from the Chain Bridge and the Funicular to the Castle plus trams & buses
