Staff was super kind. I had a long journey and arrived super tired and way too early. Staff made sure I was comfortable until I could get the room, (which I could move in a bit earlier than usual). I had several requests and they helped me with everything I asked for. Staff is knowledged about city attractions, they answered all questions. Hotel is bigger but still cozy and in the middle of the city centre. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This is a lovely clean and modern apartment in a great location. Wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for you, stored our luggage and went above and beyond. Good Airconditioning and it was hot weather in Budapest. Would certainly recommend

Beautiful historical building. The spacious lobby includes areas for work, socializing, relaxation, and more. I stayed in the female-only section, which is completely private. The storage cabinets are spacious and come with clean curtains for privacy. Each cabinet also includes a light and a power outlet for charging your phone.
I appreciated that staff do not enter the rooms, and that the housekeeper was a woman. this made the stay feel safer, more comfortable, and more private, especially as a female traveler. The staff are very friendly and available 24/7 at the reception desk. Their level of service and availability is similar to what you would expect from a hotel, which is a great bonus.
