All staff was amazing, handled our requests with ease. Hotel is spacious as well as room. Pool is 34 Celsius degrees, which was nice for our kid, could be bigger in size though. NY caffee is unique experience, superb looking and muscians are amazing. Food is ok, more variaty in breakfast would be nice.

Excellent location and easy to walk to the tram or bus. The room was on the smaller side but it's ok. The selection for breakfast was great and all the staff were really friendly, especially Maté who works at reception. We had a very early flight and they gave us a breakfast pack to go, that's was very nice detail.

Beautiful historical building. The spacious lobby includes areas for work, socializing, relaxation, and more. I stayed in the female-only section, which is completely private. The storage cabinets are spacious and come with clean curtains for privacy. Each cabinet also includes a light and a power outlet for charging your phone.
I appreciated that staff do not enter the rooms, and that the housekeeper was a woman. this made the stay feel safer, more comfortable, and more private, especially as a female traveler. The staff are very friendly and available 24/7 at the reception desk. Their level of service and availability is similar to what you would expect from a hotel, which is a great bonus.
