1) Very friendly reception officer. He was able to do the check-in earlier than the estimated time and gave useful information about the City. Other staff members were also very polite.
2) Beautiful interior of the room and common areas.
3) Metro station, tramway station are located very close to the hotel.
4) Airport bus stop is approximately 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel.
5) Free tea, mulled wine, cakes were available during the day time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they provided useful info regarding city tour and how to get around.
Although our room facing a busy road but it is not noisy at all when the window is closed. Getting around by Metro/Bus/Tram are very easy & simple, location is very ideal.
