The hotel is very comfortable and have amazing staff. My room was above expectations, super large, great bed and blackout curtains. Very quiet. The staff is great! Loved the food and shisha. Pool is very nice and well maintained.

Fantastic stay! The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff was professional and very friendly. Good location, close to the main street and all the action. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of gourmet options. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. Laundry service was fast (same-day), but quite expensive. Overall highly recommended!

Honestly everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend to stay here. We are travelling with our 11 month son and there’s the a huge children’s playroom full of toys. There’s two swimming pools. Once a little more lively vibe with a pool bar and the other side is completely chilled( we are on the chilled vibe and the place was so peaceful). I felt so relaxed during our stay. We ate a lot from the restaurant during our weeks stay and the Asian cuisine was really nice like the rice and the curry’s . The rooms are Very very clean. Super comfy beds and pillows. All the staff are wonderful with great management leading. A great hotel to stay in if your in the seminyak area.

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! the service is fantastic. like the staff make an effort to learn your name fantastic. you can choose to have breakfast served at a table or on the daybeds by the pool - which are btw super comfy you can also choose whether to spend your day at the hotel pool or over in the beach club, depending on your vibe for the day! i’d recommend the beach club mostly because there’s a bar in the pool and because you can take the parasols there down if you want to tan everything was super clean, sleek and comfy and honestly just really cool! we are 100% staying here again if we come to Bali
