This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi until our departure, everything was just perfect. Seven did our check in and he was courteous, professional, welcoming and friendly as was every staff member we came across during our stay. All areas are immaculately clean, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. We appreciated the high quality toiletries in the bathrooms and the fast internet as well as having a restaurant and bar on site. The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a nice cocktail and a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. This will definitely be my place to stay when visiting Jakarta again.

The huge breakfast area is legendary in Jakarta. It offers anything that your heart craves.

The best hotel experience I have had. Excellent breakfast. Great attention to detail with interior both inside the rooms and all over the hotel. Two amazing pools to choose from. Great spa facilities. I wasn't planning to return to Jakarta anytime soon but after staying at The Orient Jakarta i definitely want to travel there again.

Everything was wonderful ! Very nice hotel very nice smell, everyone was very friendly and very polite. Great breakfast, a special thanks to VALDO at the restaurant (the cafe Maschine didn’t work at one day, than he went extremely to the bar brought us a cappuccino with a nice touch inside),and also to the housekeeping they tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The whole hotel and restaurant team were very good !
