Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home.
I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet.
Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.
