#1 is location. It is right across Grand Indonesia Mall which is very convenient. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of the central business area.
#2 is the amazing staff. They were all very accommodating and helpful in all aspects. They made sure to check up on us if we needed anything.
#3 is cleanliness in the sheets, towels, and all amenities inside the room
#4 is wi-fi. Fast and convenient for us since we worked at night during our vacation.
