From the unique Welcome experience to the transfer to the airport, the Laguna experience was wonderful. The facilities, staff and location on the beach were perfect. I gave some of my Paul's Hot Sauce to the staff as gifts as they were wonderful.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Breakfast offers a wide selection to choose from. The R-Bar has beautiful views of Uluwatu, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They offer fun activities throughout the day like poolside bingo, and complementary slushes and cocktail tasters.
