I arrived very late and the owner was waiting to welcome me. The room was big and comfortable. Bed and pillows of very good quality. Everything is new. There is a small fridge and kettle in the room that helps a lot. Hosts were very kind and helped to locate restaurants and organize transportation to Ubud, they were accessible and answered all my messages very fast.

Everything. Excellent staff and customer service. Nothing was too small of an issue for them to assist with. Has a kids club too, the rooms are a generous size even with an extra 2 beds in the king room for our kids with the view overlooking the pool. Rooms have a separate shower, bath and toilet with 2 basins in the rooms. Housekeeping is done twice daily. Pool has two sections a shallow sandy beach for kids with a deeper section of the pool for everyone to use. Couldn’t fault it, would 100% recommend. Excellent for families. Close to the strip of shops and there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day that goes to Seminyak square. WiFi is also very strong in the rooms.
