Excellent hotel, extremely well maintained and with all imaginable services (outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, rooftop terrace, spa center, laundry service...). The staff we have met is really nice and have helped us in every way they could (and always with a smile!). We found the restaurant very good and with a lot of variety, and it is also open late, which is always useful. The breakfast buffet is frankly spectacular and very varied.
We can say little about the location because we have not walked through the area.

The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Stayed with 2 kids. It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.
