Safe environment, very professional and caring staff, convenience - a lot of things to do nearby ie yoga / cafe / city centre / campuhan trail walk etc. comfortable and clean bed, big space in the room, good balcony

The boutiquet hotel was green lush quiet oasis not far from busy Ubud centre. Breakfast was from a la carte menu, everything we tasted during these 4 days were delicious, they had special menu for kids. Pool was warm an clean, separate shallow area for kids. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, nice small fish bond. Room especially bathroom was spacious and clean. Spa was very relaxing and interior had real Bali vibe, a lot of natural materials used.

Great value for the money we paid. The beds are super comfortable and i liked the open shower with our room which gives a nice tropical vibe. The beds are being made up every day with towels changed and breakfast is provided on request. Massage therapy is also available in your room for an extra cost and it's totally worth it😌 The house is about 2mins walk off the main road, through the property so if you're looking for peace and quiet Prama house is the one.

Beautiful villa in a magical garden.

We absolutly loved the villa, very clean, near the center of ubud but on a very quiet and calm area. Clean, beautiful, peacefull. Service was lerfect and breackfaat included very big and delicious

We booked a one-bedroom villa with an extra bed. The villa was large and perfectly clean. Villa had an outdoor bathroom surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, which was so nice! The terrace was perfect - a large area for having a rest (table with chairs, sofa + 2 sun beds). The staff was very nice and polite. fluently speaking English. Helpful at any time. If you book the accommodation for 4 nights min, they provide a free shuttle service from the airport to Nefatari villas. The pool was stunning, with flowers around and night lights on, was clean and nice to swim in. The whole area is amazing with the beautiful greenery, You can feel Balinese style everywhere. Wifi, air-conditioning, and fans - were working perfectly. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed every single day. Accommodation is just a few minutes drive from central Ubud. Accommodation provides a free shuttle service to Ubud which is an outstanding service provided to the customers. Once you are in Ubud, you send the message via WhatsApp and they will come to pick you up. Breakfast was perfect, large variety of food to choose from. Breakfast can be served in your villa if you request so and can be served prior to 7.00 am if you ask them. No problem at all. The accommodation has a small restaurant, where you can order a lunch or dinner as well. I found this very handy due to children travelling with me who were always hungry. However, there are also some very nice restaurants next to the door, across the street with a view of rice fields. Mosquitoes sticks are provided to the villa every single day...so no mosquitoes on the terrace or in the bathroom. The area is calm and safe, with no traffic around. I highly recommend this villa for a stay. Everything was perfect and once we are in Ubud, we will choose this accommodation again.

Amazing garden and river sounds on the terrace. Fantastic style and details of the villa. Very nice and super fresh breakfast options. Both villa and surroundings always super clean. What’s even better is the staff managing property. They really are making so much while being almost invisible. We loved every moment of our stay here.

The villa is lovely for a family with two young kids. The pool set up was nice and relaxing. Yana was an excellent and friendly host, brought us around as we signed up to package. Very flexible with our needs, stopping by supermarkets, stopped by ATM, etc. Lovely tour guide.

The 2 bedroom villa was delightful. The owners Komang and Mayan were super helpful and friendly. They made breakfast to order- the tropical fruit plate was such a treat, they cleaned every day and gave suggestions of things to see and do. It was so easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp and they were always quick to respond. Lovely setting and we enjoyed the pool very much. Wifi was also excellent. Plentiful hot water in the showers. We loved watching the sunrise each morning from the upper terrace.
