This hotel is amazing. The staff is extremely nice and they always make sure you’re comfortable in every aspect. We had some rainy days and the staff made sure to always get us to and out of the car with an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. We had the standard room, which was super spacious and extremely pretty and clean. Every night the staff goes into your room (if that’s your wish, of course) and does the night ritual which includes preparing the bed for the night, while they also leave some cookies for you. It was a small touch that really made the difference. Staff is available all the time for everything you might need, they are very competent and polite. The outside area (restaurant/swimming pool) were spacious and comfortable. The food was great, breakfast was tasty and had different menu options - there is no buffet. The whole experiment was extremely positive and we definitely recommend it! We will come back for sure!

This was my second time staying at Sri Ratih Cottages, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff are amazing, thoughtful and attentive. The extra touches - from the ‘Welcome Back’ spelled with flowers on my bed to the Indonesian bedtime stories left in my room in the evening - made for a welcoming, personalized experience that makes Sri Ratih so special. We spent the night at the Moon-House. This is one of the most spectacular hotel rooms we´ve ever been. The feeling is like being inside the "Avatar" movie. The design is unique, using Bambu as the main material. The whole suite cannot be easily compared to any other "just expensive" hotel suite, then it is a complete different "experience". Also the surroundings are amazing, getting from the Hotel lobby to the room feels already like a "Indiana Jones" experience. The way goes through illuminated caves, then the awesome bambu-cabin elevator (30 m deep) that takes you down closer to the river, the restaurant and the rooms. The sunset view from the Sun-set Bar is fantastic

The property was very comfortable. The kids had there own room with a bathroom and we had our own space. There was a private pool that my guys loved. The grounds were kept very nice. Yana was so helpful with setting up tours, booking massages, restaurant suggestions etc. He even brought us traditional Indonesian breakfast one morning. It was great! We booked a couple tour with him and on our last day we booked a tour. He brought us to the places we wanted to visit, held our luggage for the day then dropped us off at the airport. It was great and super convenient!
